Current census figures reveal that the Metro-Atlanta area has over 900,000 people 50 years of age or older. Baptist Retirement Communities will maintain a strong presence in this arena giving seniors the option for Christian environments at affordable rates.

    People age outside the Metro just as rapidly, though not in as great numbers. These seniors do not want to have to move to Atlanta in order to live in a Baptist Community upon retirement. The need for more Baptist Communities is apparent. We are praying and desiring God’s guidance to go wherever seniors are seeking comfortable, affordable, Christian homes. Perhaps the future will see a Baptist Retirement Community conveniently located for seniors north, west, east and south of the Metro-Atlanta area.

    Presently we are gathering funds to build a 24 bed assisted living facility to be called Acres of Love on land purchased and donated to us by New Bethel Baptist Church in Carnesville, Georgia. This will be our first expansion into North Georgia and we are most excited about this joint venture in ministry.
