Paces Ferry Apartments

In 1977 Paces Ferry Tower and Garden Apartments were purchased at a cost of $1.8 million. This eight story high rise building is located in the Buckhead area in Atlanta and originally provided 140 efficiency and 60 one-bedroom housing units for seniors. After renovation 350 efficiency, one and two bedroom apartments were available for rent. The building also included a beauty shop and restaurant.

The Paces Ferry property was sold in 1999 when the area became more suited for younger populations. Clairmont Crest Apartments were purchased providing the ministry with 213 one and two bedroom apartments.
