GOOD NEWS ABOUT CHOCOLATE
For years we’ve
been told that eating sweets will rot your teeth. Goodnews—chocolate, dark chocolate is the

has shown to prevent cavities. One to
two ounces of dark chocolate a few days a week helps to prevent cavities
and---has very little sugar; the fat that is in dark chocolate actually slows

is high in flavanoids which are powerful antioxidants that neutralize free
