Across the small lake are garden apartments, arranged in quadruplexes, having one bedroom, one and one-half baths, or two bedrooms, two baths. Each of these apartments has a complete kitchen and a fully enclosed two-car garage with ceiling storage and a private patio.

Designed with full kitchens and space for individual washer and dryer with a two-car attached garage, the Garden Apartments support full independent retirement living. Residents may take advantage of activities and special events at Manor House for no additional fee; meals at Manor House as desired on a fee for service basis. Maintenance and water provided.
