Baptist Manor Community Update

    Construction has been completed as of July 2005.

   The community offers both independent and assisted living for persons age fifty and older. There will be studios, and one bedroom apartments (105 total) for independent living and a separate assisted living (24 private rooms) in the main congregate living building. This building will have a large dining room serving three full meals per day, a private family or special event dining room, a library, chapel, beauty shop and spa, activity and crafts rooms, and attractive lobbies for visiting and relaxing. Separate entrances will be used for the independent living and assisted living communities.

Manor House

   Rental rates are all inclusive for three meals per day, weekly light housekeeping, all maintenance, utilities, and 24 hour emergency response systems. A full time Activity Director plans social, cultural and religious events for resident participation. A special equipped bus is available for shopping, social trips, and transportation to local church. Individual telephone service will be an additional fee.
