Please take a tour of our communities by clicking on each area listed to the left.  Our communities offer a choice of a semi-rural, urban or mountain setting.   Hiawassee Park is our newest facility and occupancy began in January, 2012.

I encourage you to visit our communities and give our staff the opportunity to show you what it would be like to live with us.  Our rates are lower than market prices, which makes us more affordable for those on a fixed income. There is no buy-in with us. Our apartments are strictly on a rental basis with a month-to-month lease.
  
We are a part of the Georgia Baptist Convention and receive financial support from the Convention but we accept residents from all religious affiliates.  We take pride in the fact that our mission is to provide affordable housing in a Christian environment.
