Laura Willis  Thank you for visiting our website.  Finding a home for the retirement years can be a time-consuming, fact-finding, price-comparing and information overload process.  Whether you are looking for yourself or someone else, you want to have as much information as possible in order to make the right decision.
Please take a tour of our communities by clicking on each area listed to the left.  Our communities offer a choice of either a semi-rural or urban setting and, in early 2012, we will be offering a mountain setting.   Our newest, Hiawassee Park, is under construction and the first cottages will be ready for occupancy in January, 2012.
I encourage you to visit our communities and give our staff the opportunity to show you what it would be like to live with us.  Our rates are lower than market prices, which makes us more affordable for those on a fixed income.   There is no buy-in with us.  Our apartments are strictly on a rental basis, with a month-to-month lease.
We are a part of the Georgia Baptist Convention and receive financial support from the Convention but we accept residents from all religious affiliates.  We take pride in the fact that our mission is to provide affordable housing in a Christian environment.
You will find contact information, as well as other types of assistance, elsewhere on this page. I hope you will make plans to visit us.
